Yes! I agree that's morally dubious to use women's bodies in advertising. At the same time, because of freedom of speech, I can't really be against it. The producers of these sort of images have the right to distribute the material and people have the choice of whether they consume it or not. However, I do think it's a problem when we transfer the objectification that occurs through advertisement onto everyday life, and we forget that publicity is carefully crafted to be memorable and appealing, and it is purposely made distinct from what is "real".
