Bulk Email Consideration:

If you plan to send bulk emails, AWS offers Simple Email Service (SES) to help send marketing, notification, and transactional emails. However, you must follow best practices to ensure deliverability and avoid spam filters. Oracle doesn’t provide a similar service, but there are third-party tools that can integrate with Oracle systems for email marketing.
