Nature walks, listening to your favourite kind of music, reading something pleasant on medium ;) ..

Watching mood-lifting movies or shows - this may not traditionally be counted as productive, but you know, sometimes when you’re really down and depressed, it helps..it’s escapist, but it’s also like - it gives you temperory relief ..it can be refreshing, well, unless you end up spending the entire day doing just this..that might not help :P
