A scientific Approach!!

Our health is topmost priority in our life. Whatever we become, we always strive to lead a happy and healthy life. When I say “Healthy Life”, it does mean not only healthy body, but also healthy Mind & Spirit.

Methods of Happiness: Let’s talk about some theory

We, human beings always desire to be happy. In quest of happiness someone goes to the temple, some go to friends, some joins yoga/meditation, some reads books, some listens music and some cooks his/her favorite food. All of the above methods are absolutely correct. But True happiness comes from a healthy Mind. If your mind is not healthy, you will be never happy by the above methods. Your mind will always turn away from one point to another. No matter how much you do parties, take selfies, travel around and post the picture. If your mind is not healthy, you will never get content at the end. AND YOU KNOW IT !!

Cycle of a Happy Life: A simple and obvious chart to understand

A. A disciplined routine comes from your commitment and dedication. If you have committed to exercise daily for half an hour or write a book or follow your passion, you can easily take out time for it. No matter how busy you are in the day or how much strict your boss is or how many things to do in a day, they all will become excuses soon.

Ways to do:

Come on; Come out of your comfort zone. This is the only way to make your routine disciplined.

B. Once you understand the meaning of a disciplined routine, you start living a healthy day. There are minor changes one need to do in a day. Such as eating healthy meal, exercise daily, homemade food, less junk food, take proper nap, less internet and TV and more family time.

Ways to do:

· Be happy; not ‘be selfish’. There is a difference between the two.

· Do not judge others.

· Eat healthy food, salads and take plenty of water in a day.

C. A healthy day is directly associated with a positive mind. We all know that positive mind attracts positive energy and negative mind attracts negative energy. So it is very important to make your surrounding positive. I firmly believe that positivity comes from Kindness and confidence. When you live a healthy day, your mind automatically becomes positive. You feel confident and energetic

Ways to do:

· Learn to avoid negative thoughts and negative people.

· Keep learning new skills every day.

· Be humble, appreciate others and help to the needy.

Always remember “Happiness is a choice, not a result.”
