How to fix “Plugged in not charging” problem in laptops?
i have a Laptop: HP EliteBook Folio 1040 G1 notebook ,and recently it show some terrible issue i cannot solve,How to fix “Plugged in not charging” problem in laptops ,,
few steps you have to follow:
1.shutdown windows (turn off laptop )
2.Disconect AC adapter from your laptop;
3.Remove Battery from laptop and put aside;
4.Now Connect AC adapter to laptop and turn on your laptop;
5.Now Uninstall all Microsoft ACPI compaliant and Ac adapter driver from Device manager
(find control pannel-device manager-Batteries-Microsoft AC adapter-Uninstall,
find Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control method Battery-uninstall)
6.Shut Down your laptop and Disconnect AD adapter form Laptop;
7.insert the battery in laptop and Connect the AC adapter to laptop ;
8.now turn on your laptop ,all the battery drivers will automatically install;
9.all your laptop to completely discharge your battery at least 4 times; and
lets the battery to cool down to normal temperature;
10.now use your laptop normally and Subscribe for more videos and tutorials;
