I understand that GDS do some IT development in-house. With the Internet cut-off, how does your development team use tools such as Maven (for Java development) and Bower (for Javascript development), to download the packages required by the project? You can’t be setting up your development environment on the Internet network instead of Intranet network right? By right the source code for government projects are considered private data and can’t be placed on Internet network?
