And here we are again . . . the very people who cried “uphold the law” are now breaking the law. According to the Federal Code, it is a felony to assault, intimidate, harass, or attack any officer of the court. Yet, if you watch carefully, law enforcement is doing absolutely nothing about this.

If you don’t prosecute the law, there is no law.

If you apprehend a person during the commission of a crime, there are certain protocols officials are sworn to abide by. All the press ranting over the death of Patrick Lyoya is becoming strangely reminiscent of George Floyd, while Ashli Babbitt’s murderer, a black cop, walks free, and is given a promotion.

One thing has become very obvious : black cops can get away with abusing the regulations and not get in trouble but white cops are walking on thin ice and must be very careful what they do.

Race should NEVER have an effect on how crime is processed. Obviously it does.
