This one is coming a little late. I can excuse myself, saying, been busy with the start-up. Well, to be frank, been plain lazy. We wanted our start-up to run with minimal intervention from us, so that we could focus on customer acquisition.
Budget was at all-time-low (as always), so using available resources was key. We would like to share all the tools we use.

- As a CRM, we are using Trello (Free)

Analytics & Survey
- Google Analytics (Free)
- Inspectlet. Playback everything visitors do on your site. (Free)
- Mare.io for surveys (Free)
Ecommerce
- Instamojo. Very good for the Indian market. Great service. Recommended.
For telephony
Back-office
- Cost sheet is maintained automatically using Google App script on Google Sheets, which also emails updates everyday. (Free)
- Using IFTTT & webhooks to push notifications on important transactions. Gives a live feeling. (Free)
Marketing
- Google Adwords (Just once. Not using anymore)
- Online classifieds like OLX, Quikr (Free)
- Facebook ads (Just once. Not using anymore)
- Canva for design art-work (Free)
- Vistaprint.in or local printers.
- Postcards / Book-posts via India post
- Local newspaper classifieds mainly to get more applicants on board.
We intend to make the whole process automated and reduce the price further for our users.
