They say-
I am the person who doesn’t know any limit. Sometimes too loud, too soft, too expressive.
I am the rain that touches your skin first softly and gradually hitting it like that with stones.
I am the ‘Friday night' that leaves without meeting your expectations and the ‘Monday morning' that drops baggage full of worries and complains.
I am the wind that blows and creates havoc and does no good to anyone ever.
I am the wound that never stops bleeding and the scar on your skin that is too deep and uncanny.
I am the star that shines just never bright enough for you and the night where you try your best to hold yourself back from breaking but footloose yourself, silently weeping under the pillow.
I am the song that never touches your lips and the party that never actually begins.
I am the window that has been shut for years and the door that doesn’t lead to anywhere.

But, behind all the veils of fables that you have made me into,
All the references and incidents that you drag me into,
All the allegations and suppositions you have mentioned my name into,
I wonder, if you will ever know what goes on inside my heart for the skin you have touched but not the soul,
What I see and believe through my eyes that you have seen but never felt.
I wonder, if you will ever know that my heart has been beating the same like yours,
That all skin bleed and recover on its own,
That each and every person over and above all the parables, breathes the same air,
That you and me are just mirrors that leave different reflections.
