MyGlamm backed by one of Europe’s largest natural beauty companies. MyGlamm is the website which sell makeup products in all the European countries. By using this website you can order online and can get product at your doorstep.
Since virtual stores allow people to shop from the comfort of their homes without the pressure of a salesperson. Online marketplaces provide a new and more convenient venue for exchanging virtually all types of goods and services.
This is available on both mobile(android & ios) and desktop versions.
Our team —
We are team Myglamm from WEB-10 batch of Masai School, tried our best to clone some basics and important functionalities and features from original Myglamm website. the purpose of writing this blog is basically to explain the work we did in a collaborative and remote manner in just 5 days.

Tech we used:
HTML : Hypertext Markup Language is the standard markup language for documents designed to be displayed in a web browser. It can be assisted by technologies such as Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and a scripting language such as JavaScript.
CSS : Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is a stylesheet language used to describe the presentation of a document written in HTML. CSS describes how elements should be rendered on screen, on paper, in speech, or on other media.
JAVASCRIPT : The Document Object Model (DOM) is the data representation of the objects that comprise the structure and content of a document on the web. It represents the page so that programs can change the document structure, style, and content. The DOM represents the document as nodes and objects. That way, programming languages can connect to the page.
Our Plans —
- Breaking the whole project into the smallest divisions according to skills of individual.
- Setting up the particular time for particular module.
- Helping team mate when he/she is not able to finish the task within a specified time.
- Proper commits in GitHub.
- Along with every standup forming meeting’s as needed.

- Landing Page -
. the landing page looks normal in screenshot but in t he slider part images are moving one by one.
. Here we have used the AutoPay sider to display the new products and offers that are available.
. Here products are segregated based on the category so that the customers can identify the products easily based on the category.
. This is the best seller category where you can find some best sellers of this website.
. This is the feature where you can find and buy products, categorized on the basis of skin tone.
2. Login Page/Sign up :
This is the login box. Either you can Login using your mobile number or Facebook or google. If you are not registered you will get registered just by entering your mobile number.
3. Offline store address page-:
On this page you can find Myglamm offline stores located in different cities at different places.
4. Cart-:
Its cart page where user can see all the products user added to cart. User can also see the total amount of the products added in the cart and can also proceed to checkout.
5.Checkout :
In this section User can submit his/her shipping address along with name details. If user have valid promo code then he can apply that code and can get discount. User can proceed to payment section.
6. Payment :
Here you can make payment by using your debit card, net banking, Google Pay/Phone Pay/UPI or you can go for cash on delivery.
Challenges we faced during project:
- In a collaborative project, the hardest thing is to decide where we should begin our project.
- The next problem we faced regularly was the merge conflict on Git. Resolving merge conflicts was very time-consuming. But, by the end of the project, we found our rhythm and learnt how we should work on this thing.
At the end we made it and cloned all the Important functionalities and features from original Myglamm website.
