Quick tip for all Tesla owners who might encounter an issue with their wall connector. Before reaching out to Tesla Support, gather the following information to expedite the troubleshooting process:

VIN (Vehicle Identification Number): This is located on your front glass. It’s like your Tesla’s fingerprint, helping support identify your specific vehicle.
Example: 5YJSA1E14HF123456

TSN (Tesla Serial Number) and TPN (Tesla Product Number): You can find these on the sticker on the charger side or inbox documents. These numbers are crucial for pinpointing the details of your charging setup.
Example: TPN: 1529645–02-E
Example: TSN: PGT22302012345

LED Color on Charger: Take note of the color your wall connector’s LED is displaying. It’s a quick indicator of the system’s status. If Red, How Many Times is it Blinking? If the LED is red, count the number of blinks. Is it a quick double blink, a triple blink, or something else? This detail helps Tesla Support diagnose the issue accurately.

By having this information ready, you not only save time but also help Tesla Support provide you with a more efficient resolution. Let’s make the support process smoother for both sides! 🛠️💙

Feel free to share this post to spread the knowledge among your fellow Tesla enthusiasts. Happy driving! 🚙⚡
