I have experience UX design, but came out of business school. For my main job I am doing conversion rate optimization & AB testing. At night I am the design lead for a couple projects (UX strategy and front end).

Nevertheless my main role is a marketing role and not a design role — I just overlap into the design side here and there. I’m hoping to transition all the way. I would be happy to share my knowledge as well to a mentor. Thanks!
