How I plan to become a better learner…

Firstly I would like to share a story from my very last experience in which I was learning how to solve material and energy balance equation on excel and inter and extrapolation and I was learning it from an online course but it was a little bit lethargic for me as I have to continuously focus on these videos and then have to learn the use of excel,in the first day this work teased and bored me a lot but then in the next day I decided to fix the time for each and every task like before starting to work on it I played my favorite game badminton with my friend for half an hour and then I take a bath and start working on it and then I worked on it almost for an hour very actively and then I took a fifteen minutes break for discussing it with my friend, whatever I learn and then I spend another half hour again on excel online course then I took a break for watching a serial and after this I spend another One and half hour on excel and then I took a break for food and after next one hour I took a break to check all my accounts i.e Facebook,Gmail,Linkedln and Twitter and instragram etc and in this way by taking these breaks I make my hours more productive because in this way I got succeeded to watch almost 20 videos per day of almost each of 20–30 minutes which otherwise I couldn’t if I did not take these breaks because then I would not be that much active as I were while taking breaks and in this I can focused more on videos than previous day work.

By this exercise or experience I used to do the same things during my exams I also took the same break and then turn off all the devices that can distraction for me and then stayed focused for a while and then learn more instead of being the bookworm for a long time so thing works for me and I am applying it in my life…

I am happy to see the results and I will do the work in future also by applying these principles in my life because it works for me.
