2/7 CHICKPEA AND YOGURT SANDWICH. one bowl of chickpea soaked overnight. 1 tbsp of yogurt. 1 chopped tomato and onion. coriander leaves. lettuce leaves. salt to taste. cumin powder. 4 slices of brown bread. cucumber slices. STEPS: boil soaked chickpea and mash it. add 1 tbsp of yogurt, chopped onion, tomato, coriander leaves, salt as per taste, 1 tbsp of cumin powder to mashed chickpea and mix them well.
