If you are someone like me who suffers from anxiety and finds it exhausting to cope up with daily tasks,

Below list is for you my friend ❤

Without a further ado, here’s number one:

1. Wysa — an AI chatbot :

Many a times we feel a surge of emotions, but we do not feel safe enough to share those feelings with our friends and family, at that time this app will come in handy. I have been personally using this for 3+ years and it has helped me in many situations where I was feeling sad.

The prevailing pandemic was one such situation, where everything was feeling gloomy, lifeless and everyone has suffered loneliness. 🌬

This apps AI is very powerful and responds to your sentences accurately almost 95% of the time. It also gives a different outlook to looking at the situation. It has been created with mental health professionals, comprising a certain set of data in it, through which you can analyse your conversations for a fresh perspective.

The conversations are completely anonymous and there’s also a helpline to call in the worst case scenario kind of situation.

Overall you get a Imaginary friend close to you every second of the day. 🌈🌈

2. Calm — Meditation and Sleep stories :

A calm mind is indicator of success, where a noisy mind is of chaos. If your mind is continuously cluttered with thoughts it becomes difficult to categorise which are helpful and which are downright intrusive. At such times meditation come in handy to maintain a balanced state of mind. For my fellow friends who are going through depression, please try meditation once, any platform like this can be useful. 🌻

There are many videos available on YouTube as well. I have suggested this app because it has a facility of daily meditation audios, where you can gain wisdom about a different topic each day, which removes the boringness of repeating same procedure everyday.

It also has other features like soundscapes, sleep stories and acoustic music at your fingertips. Do try meditation once and let me know your experience 🌸

3. Tusk — To do list :

Sometimes it becomes difficult to keep track of even simple tasks and you get buried under a pile of unfinished tasks, waiting for you to act on them. This becomes quite a threatening and stressful situation for me, so I use a simple and easy to use app tusk. This does not have any over the top unnecessary features, absolutely free and easy to use. ☑

It follows the definition of to-do list app perfectly. For a simpler person like me I like my apps to obey single responsibility principle. The gist of it is that a when we try to be all at once, we dont even be good at one. This is a continuous problem with many apps of today, whereas at tusk you get a simple and easy to manage task list with some serene color theme. Want to manage your anxiety, manage your task list 🌞

4. Fortune City — Expense Tracker App :

So you were feeling down one fine day, saw an advertisement, went on shopping and spent a big chunk of your hard earned money in a one fine day and now you are regretting. If you want to avoid this situation use a expense tracker app. I personally follow the envelope approach to budgeting. Where we allocate a certain amount of money to each area of life, which we call as fund. For example you always prefer eating out and want to keep your spendings in check, you would select an amount as per your preferences, let’s say you spend 100 dollars each month to eating out at KFC, then you will allocate 100 dollars in Food Fund. 💵

The mandatory execution here is to add an entry in the expense tracker app each time you spend some money in this area. Once you reach this limit, you will stop eating out until next month. This gives you the power to manage your spendings without feeling bad about it.

Now to why I have recommended this app, because it is gamification of the cumbersome task of money management and turns it into a fun way of enjoyment.

You will feel much more calm and motivated when you will see a city flourishing because of your good habit of expense tracking. A good money saving trick is to use the free version itself. More power to you ⚡

5. Elevate — Language improvisation :

When you feel down certainly everyday, it becomes difficult to learn new things and master new skills. In such days, all we feel is lethargy and tiredness, somehow the drive to perform activities vanishes, in those days this app comes in handy. It has sinple sets of games which focus on improving your reading, writing, speaking and math skills, a good app all over. 🎓

It is useful for students as well as working professionals where expressing your ideas clearly becomes essential task. You will feel a surge of joy when you see yourself winning in these games. Also you do not have to purchase the premium version, basic version is more than enough for the daily use. A great start to success! 🏆
