If you are looking to purchase G Suite and would like to make a monthly payment, you will need to know which plan best fits your needs. The basic plan is best suited for individuals or organizations that have fewer than five employees. This plan includes email address solutions for a domain name, but no advanced security features, archiving for emails, or admin controls. You can also add additional users as needed. All of this can be done remotely, so you can monitor and control your business with ease. Moreover, you can always add more features and upgrade when the need arises. You can also use G Suite to store important files, share files, and collaborate with others. Alternatively, you can choose to use the services of Google Apps as a standalone application and then use it as a base for your business.

In addition to unlimited storage, Business Standard and Enterprise have advanced admin controls and security. For a small business, the basic plan is still a good option. A Business Plus plan has the same advanced features as the Basic plan, but offers more storage space and admin control.
