Soylent Meal 6: Breakfast Soylent, now BART proof

Okay, it’s not really BART proof but then nothing really is; I’ve seen the naked 16th St. BART acrobat

Mix in iced coffee (1/4 of the Whole Foods Vietnamese Iced coffee aka coffee with lots of cream and too much sugar) and bananas and almonds for Soylent ver. breakfast.

Next stop, drawing inspiration from Humphrey Slocombe and blending in bits of cereal

Update: soylent on average lasts 3.5–4 hours for me after which I need to eat again. That means I actively have to think about healthy snacking. Orrrr, I could go for 1.25 bottles of soylent on average. But that creates logistics issues
