Started with Advertising out of passion, after a short stint there, discovered there's far more than we can achieve with technology around us. Made a slide into product design, crafting an empathetic IoT enabled health care product by understanding different stakeholders' right from the legal, supply chain, sales, doctors, and yes, especially the patient and building for different touchpoints. Here a tiny jump to the service industry, handling different products and clients, managing a team of design thinkers, developers, and interacting with a different spectrum of amazing clients, of varying industries. Now here I took a huge leap of setting up a design studio (www.hellofello.studio), leading, mentoring, failing, and learning from great teams, and collaborating with great products in achieving high positive outcomes by creating brands, rebranding, redesigning, and enhancing customer experiences.
