When it comes to being productive, there are few things more frustrating than procrastination. That feeling of knowing what you should be doing, but somehow finding every possible excuse to put it off.

But, today wasn’t it, I am moody, tired (on 5 hours of sleep), and have to get to work in an hour. I am a chronic procrastinator and as it happens, I love AI and have been playing with the image generator for a while.

There’s also a playground for text generator, and so the next paragraphs of my article are AI-fueled and composed, which saved me time, expressed my ideas alike, and saved me from skipping today’s article writing.

“Fortunately, there are a few things you can do to overcome procrastination and get back on track.

One of the most effective strategies is to break down your goal into smaller, more manageable pieces.

When you have a large project looming over you, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed and convince yourself that you’ll never be able to get it done. But if you break it down into smaller tasks, you’ll find it much easier to get started and make progress.

Another helpful strategy is to set a deadline for yourself, even if it’s not an externally imposed one.

Having a specific date in mind will help you focus and keep you from putting things off indefinitely.

Of course, there will always be some level of procrastination that’s impossible to avoid.

In those cases, it’s important to just accept it and move on. Don’t beat yourself up over it or let it derail your entire day. Just pick up where you left off and keep going.”

Pretty good isn’t it? I feel like I’ve been given a TED talk by a machine that never sleeps, eats, and is always on repeat. It even managed to sound friendly, per Grammarly.

Time to make the most use of them.
