We aren’t planning on adding a thumb for this release (due to ship in November 2016), but we will certainly consider it for future revisions. So far in our testing we’ve found that a lot of movements the thumb makes are in concert with the rest of the fingers, and we can figure out what it’s doing based on the data from all our other sensors.
