Share your challenges, fears, imposterness and anxiety. It’s scary, but once shared, they become slightly easier.
How to get out of a startup rut?
Mick Liubinskas

Very real & practical write up Mr Focus. Thank you.

From my own experience in addition to ‘telling everybody and sharing my challenges’, I’ve found ‘helping other founders’ has provided the trigger to ‘get back in the game’.

By helping other founders you:

  1. Disengage from your own problems (temporarily);
  2. Look at other people’s issues with less emotion, therefore give your ‘objectivity’ a workout ; and
  3. Are required to ‘articulate’ your good judgement, and once it’s out there it often makes you sit back and ask yourself if you too are ‘taking your own advice’.
