I think there are times in our lives when we have to step back and question why we do the things we do. It’s important to not question your past self about the decisions you made. We tend to let small things upset and so easily trivialize our work and that’s really hard to deal with. It happened to me recently but people are always going to want to bring you down. When you’re in the limelight the way you are you have to concentrate on the 90% of people telling you that you’re doing good work and not emphasize on the 10% that are calling you out.

Hope you can channel this frustration to more positive action and inspire more people while you do it.
