Let’s Enjoy our Time With Pomodoro Technique

Pomodoro technique, when I first heard this word I was like here is another boring technique to deal with procrastination, behind that reaction there were two reasons which are following:
1: I am not such type of person who feel good with new techniques.
2: Mostly techniques are unapproachable, because I am not easily using different techniques in daily life.
I think some of people are like me who dislike to use techniques. But pomodoro technique was one of the techniques which I liked the most, Because I am used to with this technique. I used this technique in my daily routine but I am unaware of the term.
How this technique work?
Here are instructions:

As it concern to my experience, I am using it specially during my examinations. I simply adjust my alarm of 30 minutes, put my mobile on silent and focus on my studies. I challenged my self just to complete that target in 30 minutes. In the beginning, I didn’t managed my time but after 2 to 3 times I am easily complete my target. After 30 minutes I gave reward to myself like to use mobile, do a walk, spend few minutes with my mother( whenever I went to her ,she start scolding me :D but I think that was my motivation 😍)and also do other activity. After that I repeat this.
Most interesting thing about this technique is that every person easily adopt it. People like me who are procrastinators can easily enjoy this technique and we are not bore with it :D. But one thing I experienced is that we learned things through fun in reality.
