Here’s How Much Sleep You Need

I am currently working towards the opposite goal: reaching the minimum sleep needed possible. I used to wake up at 5.30am or 6am to bike a little and then go to work (I go to bed around 10pm). I am trying to wake up at 5am to bike even more and get some free time… So far so good. My conclusion was that I never felt tired during the day, so I might be able to sleep a little less to squeeze in a more motivating morning ritual…
