Introducing Siftr Analytics
As discussed in our previous post, after your portfolio is in place, the next most important thing to do is to know the viewers of your portfolio well. That is possible only if you have the right Analytics in place, to help you get insight into your viewers.
Setting up Analytics for a photography portfolio site could be challenging. Unlike other portfolio builder platforms, Siftr team decided to make it extremely simple, so that it doesn’t remain a thing of the geeks!
We’re happy to announce the first version of Analytics for Siftr Portfolios. It doesn’t require any prior setup. All you need is to login into your Siftr site by clicking on the 3 dots icon at the bottom of your Siftr website.
And then go to the Website/Analytics section in the logged in view -
You will be able to get the following information for your Siftr portfolio.
These numbers are since the time your portfolio was first created.
You can see how your portfolio is getting unique users every day, or every week or every month. Like any other analytics solution, you can specify a custom time period as well.
This section gives you a geo-breakup of the unique users visiting your website.
This section lists down the sources from where your users are coming. This in turn can help you in figuring out how your promotion efforts on social platforms are fairing as compared to the traffic coming from blog posts, and so on.
