Yes. Whole mankind can be economically categorized in to two types. Those who live in homes (including leased) and those who are homeless. Clever and aggressive people trap the not-so-clever people to mortgage their homes for some often needless and useless financial adventure, which often fails. Most homeless people have arrived in their present state, due to this unfair and careless interaction. I have heard that land rules in UK, Singapore and some other countries are said to be such that they don’t allow such disparity to arise and grow in alarming proportions. Even gods can’t save people, in those countries where the justice system is also ineffective.
