Humanity Now Exists only on Virtual Emojis!
Our father’s generation used to have that “Actual Social Life”. Having a social life for them meant sharing arms while ploughing the field. Instead of taking wages of work they used to collaborate and share arms. “Parma” is the typical word where one day everyone works in a field, completes their work. Next day all work in another person’s work who contributed in the first day. Likewise they complete the work of entire field. Than after everyone’s work used to get completed, there would be a feast or picnic. Whenever anybody was in trouble, whole village used to show their concern and definitely someone would help them. During marriage ceremony friends and relatives would cover entire human labor and make the feast successful. If anybody dies than each individual from a house had to be in the crematorium ground.
Those days, there were always one for eachother. In the time of need and in celebrations, during the highs and the lows. I’m so happy to be born in such a wonderful environment and definitely my village taught me many different lessons that’s gonna workout throughout my life.
Time has totally shifted in the opposite direction these days. Not the time but actually people are. People are now educated and are living a sophisticated lifestyle compared to the old days. All they have improved on is at their demanding nature. People only try to fulfill their needs. These hustle and bustle we see around, people running like it is a race, all it is for fulfilling their demands. They believe that fulfilling of their demands serves happiness in their dinner plate. Wrong, totally wrong!
People are no more for each other and I can logically interpret it. In all these years we hear the news of cheats. Some are cheated in their relationships, some by frauds, some by family members. People are not happy. The dominating nature of human being is increased, everyone is forcing, imposing each other or taking benefit in anyways they can. Parents are sent to the house for elderly (age care). Number of street children are increasing. People are there for each other if only the see any advantages.
Relationship breaks after one is unsatisfied. Parents are left in the shelter home because they can’t help their children in running the house. Your friends will help you if they think you are resourceful. Therefore the essence of being for one another in the time of need, selfless service has vanished.
These days, humanity exists in only in this fake society called Internet. You find humanity in social networking sites, where people boost a genuine service with lots of sentiments, comments and emojis.
😄😊😉😍😘😚😜😝😳😁😣😢😂😭😪😥😰😩
People seem to be caring each other if someone shares their true feeling of sadness. But noway that the same person is gonna show any concern in real life. If you go through the comment thread of a news report where reporter covers life of flood victims in some districts of Nepal. There you can find thousands of comment showering with emojis. You can find all humanity in the comment section. But if a friend asks for help, we will have a hard time listening to him. Helping is second part, nobody will even spare their personal time and ask if we are doing all right.
My senior colleague shared this article which again proved that Humanity is long gone and it exists only in virtual reality. A house was burning, two retail shops was burning. Owner of that shop were struggling to enter the scene because people were blocking the road and were busy going live in Facebook. Police had to force them to clear the road as the fire brigade also couldn’t enter the scene.
Having said all these things about how we are neglecting, the gist of life i.e to share love and happiness, there are also abundant people who share positive vibes helping the needy. I am so blessed to know such people and live around them. They make me realize that there are people with like minded thoughts, who believe helping others spreads love and humanity.
