I’m not suggesting anything.

Just because someone “feels” they need to be included in a UX conversation doesn’t mean they should.

Using UX as a tool to foster internal communication for one diminishes the practice and secondly just circumvents the underlying issue with your team.

If you’re looking for feedback on your product, survey your customers not your team.
