Should I Stay or Should I Go?
Gail Borod Giacobbe

GoDaddy’s “poor choices” in commercials? Really?? Those “poor” choices made the company a household name. Those “poor” choices built a billion dollar business employing 1000’s of people, and helping millions of customers get their businesses set up online. Was it time for GD to make a change and leave the T&A in past? Absolutely. But for you to criticize the choices that built the company into the employer you’re now so proud of is disrespectful and arrogant. Forgive my boldness for giving advice to someone who clearly has all the answers, but you might want to try to muster up a hint of respect for the history of your company and the efforts and accomplishments of those that came before you. And the equity that is part of your compensation package? You’re welcome.
