This article was amazing and on point. Many great ideas and a lot to consider when we listen to and support various types of music that have a narrow focus on oppressive issues, espically within the black community. I did not feel like the article was dissing Kendrick, but more so raising the question (for discussion) of how his music and imagery affects other identities in the black community. definitely made me think :)
