Introduction

Today we will go hardcore and bare knuckles on how to lose weight. These are going to be completely unconventional methods on how to lose weight. This information is not universally agreed upon. Neither is it popular, but it works.

We will discuss how to naturally reduce weight effectively and consistently in this blog post.

When In a Hole, Stop Digging.

We are talking about losing weight, and so the first thing to do is to reduce and stop eating. Overweight people generally tend to eat a lot. They need to stop that. You can curate a way to do that. We do not want them dead, so the stoppage should be gradual. Start by reducing the feeding times and volumes by half. If you take 6 meals a day, you need to reduce them to 3. If you consume 4kg of food in a day, you have to reduce it to 2 kg. This reduction is the beginning point, and there is no going back.

Consistency is Key to Lose Weight

Now that we have already reduced the frequency and volume of the feeding. We have to be consistent. Maintain this for about two weeks, then reduce again by half. By the second or third reduction, the individual should only be having a single meal in a day. In the first 4 weeks of this program, the weight loss should already be noticeable.

Sweet Poisons Hinder Your Journey to Lose Weight

It is universally known that junk food is a major contributor to massive weight gain. Consumption of the same while trying to lose weight is counterproductive.

The following need to be eliminated from your diet:

  1. Deep fried foods
  2. Soft drinks e.g sodas and other carbonated drinks
  3. Processed foods
  4. Sugary foods and drinks
  5. Carbohydrates
  6. Alcohol

What to eat?

The following are great, but remember in moderated quantities:

  1. Proteins e.g meat, milk, and eggs
  2. Vegetables
  3. Water
  4. Fruits

Fasting To Lose Weight Quicker.

Overweight and obese persons will generally need more drastic steps to reduce weight even further. Fasting is a sure way to reduce weight. Start with intermittent fasting(alternate days). The optimum fasting schedule will involve two to 3 days of continuous fasting every week. After fasting you maintain the diet described above. I’m yet to see one time that a fasting person has not reduced weight. So, it works consistently for all those willing to make the sacrifice.

Exercising

We can never emphasize enough the importance of exercising to lose weight. However, the type of exercise is determinant. Athletic exercises like jogging, running or cycling are preferred for weight loss. It is to be done gradually from about 10 minutes a day initially to about two hours in about 8 weeks to give the body enough time to adjust. Gym exercises like body lifting should be avoided as they tend to increase muscle mass which is counteractive to body loss efforts.
