Equating this topic with a death sentence is idiotic. You also don’t understand what happens with other first world countries.

As it is, your assertions about the system the author wants aren’t actually true. In countries with healthcare systems that actually function, outcomes are better and quality of care is better.

No. You might point to some and there might be their advantages, but on the whole, this is not the case.
