The Naki Group (Naki) is a property development, management and investment firm rooted in Cambodia, the Pearl of Asia.

Over the last 10+ years, Naki has grown from a 3-person local real estate company into an investment firm with 200+ employees focused on developing the Indo-China belt.

The group of companies, which consists of Naki Realty, Naki Hospitality, and Agile Naki Property, invests in 3 key pillars:

● property development,

● realty services, and

● hospitality management.

Naki, with a dedicated professional team and wealth of real estate experience, is a sophisticated developer with a significant pipeline of development opportunities.

Our mission is to bring the opportunity of investing in Cambodian real estate to a global audience of investors.

How We Got Here

Naki Group was first established in 2010 by Cambodian brothers Veasna and Sonnara Meas. Veasna and Sonnara started the business when they returned to Cambodia after completing their studies in the US.

Their first venture in property management was TK Avenue Mall — an upscale lifestyle shopping mall in Phnom Penh with 30+ renowned brands and operators.

Naki Group then started the development of their premier property, Silvertown Metropolitan — a luxury, serviced condominium building also in Phnom Penh.

Silvertown, located in the Central Business District (CBD), boasts 111 units, 80 of which are operated as a hotel and short-term rentals by Naki Hospitality.

Naki Group’s latest development is Woodland Residences, a collection of 84 spacious, luxury villas located in Sangkat Chak Angre Krom — an up and coming development area in Phnom Penh.

The Future of Naki Group

Cambodia, one of the fastest-growing countries in Southeast Asia and the world, is an attractive opportunity for investors. However, the process of investing in the country through traditional real estate structures can be time-consuming, expensive and daunting, especially for foreign investors.

In the next phase of its growth, Naki will leverage tokenized real estate and rental assets to make property ownership in Cambodia more accessible and liquid. As a first step, we will tokenize 34 high-income units in the Silvertown Metropolitan condominium building.

We are committed to the belief that tokenization represents the future of real-world asset financing, especially in countries like Cambodia where traditional financing options are expensive or simply unavailable.
