Beyond the seeming chaos, past the drama of horrors unfolding on the screen of life, even one clear eyed, innocent soul can ignite a movement that creates a world made new. But there are many of us.
We are the ones who choose not to close our eyes as protection against the storms that threaten our old way of life. We welcome change. We sing to it calling it forth. We open our eyes even in the midst of the dark dust storm that conceals a higher vision more closely reflective of our true nature. We are the light in the darkness. In our presence, the darkness disappears. But first, we must attend to what we’ve created.
After all … we must admit we built a rather compelling world. It’s pure genius because we are. But even geniuses can be misguided. The world has kept us mesmerized in its drama for hundreds of thousands of years. That’s how powerfully creative we are! We’ve built a world so magical, so addictive, that we got lost in our own story. But the dreamers, the loners, the music makers among us broke though the bubble of our collective dreams and nightmares. We glimpse another world built on love, unity, light, forgiveness and unlimited possibilities, not brutal power, control, violence, fear and darkness.
