Because essential oils are attracted to fat and everyone knows oil and water don’t mix.
Mkay? Mkay? Alright. ( Who’s in love with South Park? Meeee!)
Moving on, I don’t advise anyone who is pregnant, especially in their 1st. & 2nd trimester to try these baths out.
If you have any sensitivities to these ingredients please find alternatives or just cut out the essential oils all together.
Essential oils calm or stimulate your mind and body.
So, I don’t want you to stimulate or calm down something that doesn’t need to be.
Bonus: Don’t have time for that bath?
All that’s needed is your diffuser and a couple or one essential oil.
Any other accessories are an added bonus.
Try a blend of:

Vetiver (Vetiveria zizanioides ),
and Rosewood (Aniba rosaeodora ).
