Eat the frog with a Pomodoro
The Pomodoro Technique was developed by Francesco Cirillo in the 1980s.“Pomodoro” is Italian for tomato. The technique works by getting you to structure your work in 25-minute sessions, each separated by a short break.

Pomodoro technique actually enhance the productivity
First step:- Plan
Take five to 10 minutes to plan out your whole day what tasks you have to do in the whole day.
Step two:-Choose task
let say I want to complete my assignment that given by the professor of University .Try to work on the task for about 25 minutes by removing all the distractions.
Step Three:-Focus on the task
Focus on the task until the bell ring by removing all the distractions for example by turning off your net connection,or by turning off the facebook notifications ,watsapp notifications and all the things like that.When people or family members interrupt during the work then it effect on the productivity so inform your family members that you are doing work for two to three hours so do not disturb.Focus on the task for twenty five minutes.
Step four:-Break
when bell or alarm you set ring after 25 minutes then take rest for 5 minutes.After taking break you have to repeat this process 4more time and then take 20 minutes break.

When you work on the difficult tasks then you can take longer breaks to fresh your mind.Pomodoro is a repetitive process and you can get more productivity by focusing on this process.
I have never use this technique before but today at evening time I decided to write blog by using the Pomodoro technique .I set the time of twenty five minutes and then turn off my data connection in this way I focus on the blog writing and also I informed my family members that do not disturb me .I completed my work by the Pomodoro technique and find it productive.
