Google Sites is an application that is part of Google’s G Suite, which is a premium package of Google applications that have been optimized for use by businesses. Other applications that are included are Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar and more. Google Sites allows you to create a website without having to know how to code it yourself. It falls under the Collaborative category in G Suite, meaning that you can get other Google users in on the website creation process too, which is what makes it so powerful and such a valuable tool for teams.

Retain File Format, Structure and Save

I was once a victim of this when I was sending a document to a client containing txt records that were to be added in the DNS record. Just sent a wrong texts that landed me in trouble simply because I edited a google docs and uploaded an office file whose changes had not been updated.

Kudos to GOOGLE!!

You can now directly edit, comment, and collaborate on Office files using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. All changes will be auto-saved to the file in its original Office format.
