Self Love Talk: My daily mantra

I am loveable.

I am enough.

I am worthy.

I am a miracle.

I forgive myself for my unconscious actions, for condemning or blaming others. For harming them knowingly, unknowingly, consciously, unconsciously, mentally, physically, emotionally or spiritually.

I forgive others for blaming or harming me knowingly, unknowingly, consciously, unconsciously, mentally, physically, emotionally or spiritually.

I surrender to the unknown.

I let go of needing to know or be right.

I let go of personalizing and assuming.

I am a unique manifestation of life force.

I am funny and laugh with the cosmic joke.

I live impeccably to my word.

I am transparent and fearless.

I embrace death and mature gracefully.

I die to ideas, theories, concepts, opinions & perceptions which are not aligned to my higher truth.

I call in and surrender to the divine.

I open to the magnitude of this existence.

I am the artist of my reality.

I dance to my own beat.

I am the dreamer of my dream.

I am limitless.

I am an energy alchemist.

I am beyond words.

I am here and now.

I get out of my own way.

I am a sovereign being.

I am alive and thrive.

I am nature.

I am abundant.

I am atom.

I am all that is.

I love myself.

I am sooooooooooo grateful.

I am.

May all sentient beings experience real love, real joy and real peace. And so it is.

Today on this beautiful gift of another day. I felt like sharing my moment to moment mantra and the words I speak to myself throughout my waking days, whether in meditation, practicing yoga, walking down the street or sitting on the toilet. Our cells are intelligent, we are made up of trillions of cells which listen and absorb the words we continually speak to ourselves. Our cells are wounded from all the lies and outdated programs of dysfunction we have plastered upon us.

Self loving conscious awareness is how I have reprogrammed and regenerate d my cellular structure and muscle memory.

Wishing all who read this to know ‘you are enough’ right here, right now. This is just a concept some might say, just a perception, just an idea and just mere words, and yes I would agree to that statment IF you do not choose to ACTIVATE these powerful concepts into manifest reality.

WOW what a dance indeed as we continue to learn and uncover more about ourselves and the interconnectedness of this phenomenal existence. ❤
