STOP LYING to yourself and begin LOVING yourself

My philosophy is very simple; Stop LYING to yourself and others and instead LOVE yourself wholeheartedly, communicate transparently and then simultaneously you shall fall in love with the whole universe. Simples!

When I say LOVE yourself wholeheartedly, I mean every cell of your being, deep gratitude for the indescribably phenomenally intelligent and miraculous being that YOU are. Beyond words.

ONE little note:
no ifs or butts, if you cannot LOVE You right now (seeing that you are the being with you until you shift form, which is called death to many) then WHO WILL? and HOW can we expect anybody else to love us and more importantly know how we like to be loved. ❤

Some people have said Simon, its easy for you, your beautiful. While this is a nice sentiment, and I could allow it to boost my ego or need for recognition. The truth is LOVE is beyond image, looks and form. When we TRULY see with eyes of TRUTH/LOVE/GRATITUDE then we know each and every thing we see is full of pulsating beauty.

And for the record, there are many who feel I am also ugly in the world of image, judgement and the unconscious collective / medias perception of beauty.

So “LET GO” of worrying about what others may or may not think of feel and STOP lying to yourself and start LOVING yourself. You are a miracle and one of a kind, no matter what you compare yourself to in your wound and victim language. If you have to make changes so that you can LOVE you more and wholeheartedly THEN GET TO IT. If you want to stop smelling or lose weight, or leave a relationship, or learn a language, or do something to add to the reasons of loving you, then so be it, FOLLOW that truth of yours….. BUT let me tell you that YOU ARE ENOUGH RIGHT THIS SECOND OF READING THIS TEXT. Done deal, enough said, take it or leave it. And if your just not feeling it or believing what I am sharing, then find a mentor (that may be me) or somebody else you trust, write I am enough on every mirror and wall in your home. Set an alarm message on your phone at 8am and 8pm reminding you that YOU ARE ENOUGH. Learn how to reprogram your outdated dysfunctional lying sub conscious beliefs and take charge of your life NOW :) You have the power to stop lying to yourself and start speaking truth. TRUST me your cells will respond in ways you never imagined possible.

There are beings with no arms and legs, so called disabilities and deformations and they have accessed self love and see way beyond their limiting and other peoples condemning judgements. ❤
