Really awesome article! I was able to get your noble-bulb example up and running on my Linux machine. I had to call noble.stopScanning() once it found the bulb due to a known issue with some hardware (https://github.com/mbientlab/noble#adapter-specific-known-issues).

I’m curious to find out if one can set timed events in the same way that the official Magic Blue app can using this method. It would be harder to find though since the effect wouldn’t be immediate like the rest of these commands.

Update 1:
ON = [0xcc, 0x23, 0x33]
OFF = [0xcc, 0x24, 0x33]
