In 2 of my previous blogs, I have mentioned how there are many out there as recent graduates who are opt students in USA looking for a job as well as experienced folk out there who wish to join the industry. Having an EAD is a must and there are many things that the firm may have on its mind which is not disclosed. There are many factors which may be favorable or vice versa to the candidate and we will elaborate a few more conditions that you need to know.

If the company is not willing to hire opt cpt students then no matter what the candidate does or how much eligible or talented they are, the company may not be interested to hire them at any cost. The companies who want to accept opt, students, have to go through lots of rules and regulations that are forced or implemented on them by the USCIS of any international body prevailing over their office as scrutiny is also more.

The candidate or any external entity cannot force the employer to hire any student on EAD and if the authority comes to know that then they may not be able to call international students in future or only call those who possess and EAD on hand. Nobody can hire anyone or has the rules or law to force someone to hire anyone and it is plainly the employer’s choice whether the candidate is good enough or falls in the category of the liking of the employer during the interview.

Being a nonimmigrant, the candidate must make sure that they take care of each minor detail that is mentioned in the norms as per the USCIS. Every student who wishes to make a career in the US must have a good goal to do so and help the business to prosper in the US. Even the dependent of an H-1B holder who may be on H4 status can get an EAD which is not restricted to any employment. They can work full or part time has multiple employers, short-term employment, a contractor who can be self-employed, have an own business, work through a staffing agency, paid or unpaid internship or not working at all. You can now get job alerts for H-1B and OPT/CPT job on simplyopt.com.

If any H-1B holder loses the job then the H-4 status will also go out of status. It will really depend on the specific circumstances of the H-1B holder’s situation and a qualified immigration attorney must be contacted in which the situation arises. Companies who accept candidates who are on H4 status must take care of many criteria that follow according to the rules prescribed in USCIS and check all the personal background of the related candidate.

EAD will take 90 days usually when companies wish to hire candidates on H-4 status must show that they are ready for work in the due period. If there is any emergency in the company then the process of the expedition will happen in limited circumstances. The candidates who have an accepted EAD can later become a partner or a sponsor too for the company and there is no forced relationship between the employee and the employer like H-1B sponsorship jobs.
