This has nothing to do with Airbnb. People can’t afford to own their homes. No one has disposable income anymore. The very wealthy own 2, 3 or 4 houses…while we know plenty of people who cram 3 kids into a 1 bedroom. Airbnb is barely part of the bigger picture. What you’re talking about is wealth disparity, and how the system we live in promotes and accelerates it. The federal government is busy printing cash and handing it to rich Americans as fast as they are legally allowed to.
