This is Prashant Singh. I am sharing this article during my AWS cloud computing internship where I used this AWS Services Hands-on.
- AWS Polly
Amazon Polly is a service that turns text into lifelike speech, enabling you to create applications that talk and build entirely new categories of speech-enabled products. Amazon Polly is a Text-to-Speech (TTS) service that uses advanced deep learning technologies to synthesize speech that sounds like a human voice.
2. AWS Rekognition
Amazon Rekognition makes it easy to add image and video analysis to your applications using proven, highly scalable, deep learning technology that requires no machine learning expertise to use. With Amazon Rekognition, you can identify objects, people, text, scenes, and activities in images and videos, as well as detect any inappropriate content.
3. AWS Transcribe
Amazon Transcribe uses a deep learning process called automatic speech recognition (ASR) to convert speech into text, quickly and accurately. Amazon Transcribe can be used to transcribe customer service calls, automate closed captioning and subtitling, and generate metadata for media assets to create a fully searchable archive. You can use Amazon Transcribe Medical to add medical speech-to-text capabilities to clinical documentation applications.
4. AWS Translate
Amazon Translate is a text translation service that uses advanced machine learning technologies to provide high-quality translation on demand. You can use Amazon Translate to translate unstructured text documents or to build applications that work in multiple languages.
5. AWS Comprehend
Amazon Comprehend uses natural language processing (NLP) to extract insights about the content of documents without the need of any special pre-processing. Amazon Comprehend processes any text files in UTF-8 format. It develops insights by recognizing the entities, key phrases, language, sentiments, and other common elements in a document.

6. AWS Personalize
Amazon Personalize is a fully managed machine learning service that uses your data to generate item recommendations for your users. It can also generate user segments based on the users’ affinity for certain items or item metadata.
7. AWS MediaLive
AWS Elemental MediaLive is a real-time video service that lets you create live outputs for broadcast and streaming delivery.
You use MediaLive to transform live video content from one format and package into other formats and packages. You typically need to transform the content in order to provide a format and package that a playback device can handle. Playback devices include smartphones and set-top boxes attached to televisions.
8. AWS MediaConvert
AWS Elemental MediaConvert is a file-based video processing service that provides scalable video processing for content owners and distributors with media libraries of any size. MediaConvert offers advanced features that enable premium content experiences.
