The generals now leading ISIS are the same exact generals the Bush-Cheney administration fired when replacing them with a Shia Muslim-led Iraqi government. President Obama was not even in office. Also a deal was made between the Bush administration and the newly formed Iraqi government when to withdraw our troops. President Obama had the choice of either to honor the previous agreement or leave our soldiers exposed to Iraqi law; he chose the former. So how is this exactly Obama’s fault?
