Tell me about it.

I do my best to be as nice as possible while on my board

But obviously (and thankfully) I am not being written about in the newspapers. That dude who installed bindings on his board and then rode around without a helmet was written about quite a bit though, when his board suddenly stopped and he was unable to run off the speed.

His head impacted the street and he was in a coma for a while.

I will not talk about my lack of concern for this person because it may make me look bad, especially since I have no idea if he is still alive or a vegetable.

But what I do know is that now the riders that are left are in a bad situation. The police now knows that eboards exist and they got a demonstration how dangerous boards can be. I would love to approach the police regarding my board, show it to them, ask them their opinion about it, give them the possibility to test it themselves.

But I won’t. I do not know how they will react, they might be the biggest fans ever and give me a high five, or they will begin to stop me every time they see me.

Had there not been that fuck up by the other guy talks with the police would have started on a completly level playing field, but now it’s stacked against our favor.
