“Weinstein lacks respect for all fields of study. He is convinced that evolutionary theory is the grand organizing principle for virtually everything, and that other fields are derivative. Liberal arts professors embrace complexity. We encourage students to see value in all disciplines. Weinstein didn’t.” So what we’re supposed to entertain pseudo-science and give it the same status as science? Evolution does have a basis in reality. We know this and there is scientific evidence for it. To think pseudo-science should be put on the same level is ridiculous. especially some liberal arts garbage whose only basis is conjecture and ideological dogma.

The rest of this article is one giant ad hominem that sounds like it was made out of pure jealousy using personal attacks and citing no evidence to prove the accusations it makes. Bret Weinstein became a public intellectual after what happened and as a result of what happened, this is because a lot of people agreed with him and listened to his views. Most of this article sounds like sour graping.
