Are we using 10% or 100% of our brains?

I would like to think that all of the brain is available for use, 100% in anything we do. Does that mean that we are using the full potential of the brain? This is a different matter altogether. If we use our full potential or not will depend on how we think and the efficiency of our thinking process etc.

Even though we can use 100% of our brain then if we are stuck in our lower mind then it is possible that you are only using 10% of our full potential. I think that is where this 10% turned up as an explanation for the brain-mind.

So in a sense, both are right, 10% of the possible 100% available use of the brain.
