Is telepathy language dependent

Yeah, meaning one needs to be speaking the same language to be able to communicate telepathically.

The brain does not understand speech but only tonal modulations:

The electromagnetic signal that carries the information to the brain for processing would be a modulating signal. The brain would have had to learn the language to be able to communicate with another telepathically.

Telepathic communication is a silent “sense of knowing” kind of communication. I guess it is not dissimilar to intuition with that “sense of knowing” of what is the right thing to do when you have to choose brain and mind processing information.

It would be great for the brain to understand a universal language so we can all communicate universally but from where I am looking at it I don’t think this language exists right now. I guess it can go through an intermediatory, or a translator, so any language can communicate with each other.
