BLT Pasta Salad Recipe

With Labor Day around the corner, we wanted to create a side dish worth sharing with friends and family over the long weekend. We partnered with our friends at Banza to bring together summer ingredients and flavors in this BLT Pasta Salad.

If you’re a fan of Fabanaise, you may know that aquafaba allows us to make a creamy and delicious mayo without using eggs. Aquafaba is the water left behind after cooking chickpeas — the very same base that our friends at Banza use to make their amazing pasta! Is this a perfect pair or what?

Drop us a line @sirkensingtons to let us know how it turns out!

One box Banza Wheels
½ Package Bacon of Choice (Vegan, Traditional, or Turkey!)
2 Cups Romaine Lettuce
1 Cup Chopped Cherry Tomatoes
½ cup Sir Kensington’s Fabanaise
¼ Tsp Salt
¼ Tsp Pepper

1. Heat up a large pot of boiling water and add your pasta. Cook according to package instructions. Once done cooking, drain and set aside to cool down.
2. As your pasta is cooking, cook your desired bacon according to package instructions.
3. Finely chop your lettuce, tomato, and bacon once it’s done cooking.
4. In a large bowl, combine all of your ingredients as toss to combine.
