Soy Ketchup Garlic Chicken

Lacking a good go-to marinade? This combo of sweet and salty with our ketchup as the base is the absolute best — we’re talking lick your fingers good! Simple, straightforward and a new standout for your weeknight dinner rotation. You might want to double the recipe though because it is just as lovely for lunch the next day!

1/2 cup Sir Kensington’s Classic Ketchup
1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
2lbs. Chicken
Salt and Pepper to Taste


  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Combine ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic.
  3. Place chicken in a pan and pour glaze over the top
  4. Bake for 45 minutes.
